Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are registered and processed on working days. Orders confirmed before 12 noon are generally prepared the same day. The carrier then collects them according to the logistics schedule, excluding weekends, public holidays, holiday bridge days or exceptional circumstances.

Important: delivery times begin only when the carrier actually takes possession of the parcel, not when the order is confirmed.

If the ordered item is no longer available when the order is processed, Leader Pièces Auto undertakes to inform you as soon as possible. A solution may be offered: restocking, an exchange, an agreed waiting period or a refund.

The buyer may request cancellation and a refund at any time, even after agreeing to wait for a backordered item.

Restocking times are estimates and depend on suppliers.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must include the requested items and documentation and comply with the instructions provided.

Except for warranty claims, returned parts must not have been fitted, installed, tested or modified.

The part must be returned complete and clean, in its undamaged original manufacturer’s packaging.

The manufacturer’s packaging must not be used as the shipping box, and no tape, writing or labels may be applied directly to it.

Failure to follow the return instructions may result in rejection of the return, refusal of a refund or a deduction of at least 15% if the condition of the part or its packaging prevents normal resale.

Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order, unless an alternative has been requested and agreed in advance.

Refunds generally take two to three weeks after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Any contribution by Leader Pièces Auto towards return shipping costs requires explicit prior approval from the after-sales service and will be provided in the form of a prepaid return label. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the items must be returned within fourteen days, in accordance with Article L. [article reference incomplete in the original text].

Reminder: in the event of an ordering error, withdrawal or an order placed without first checking compatibility, return shipping costs remain the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed or covered by an accepted warranty claim.
